Lori Fung and Spruce City Skating Club Featured in the News![]() Many thanks to Lori Fung for an amazing class today. It was an inspiring day full of positive energy! The athletes were so happy that they were able to be a part of this great experience. Eleven skaters got together for this class where they worked on improving their flexibility technique and range of motion. The Club would also like to thank Coach Rory Allen for organizing this class in such short notice. We appreciate the time you have put in to this project that benefited all skaters in attendance. At the end of the class, the skaters were presented with a special surprise. It was so good to see our skaters hold the very same Gold medal that Mrs. Fung earned at the 1984 Olympics. The skaters were really happy with the class and they will surely dream about getting their own Olympic medal one day. The skaters all worked hard today to impress Mrs. Fung and they will need to continue to train throughout the year to prepare for her next visit!
