We had Friday morning and afternoon  skating session. Followed by  CNCR Ice Breaker Competition, results posted below:

Saturday was a early morning start to a CNCR seminar that continued in to Sunday. Our skaters got great feedback from guest coaches and we would like to use this opportunity to thank them for coming up to Prince George. 

Other than the seminar on Sunday two of our skaters also performed their solos at the Cougars game, and lets not forget the skating session 3:15-5pm at Coliseum. Need we mention that tomorrow is Monday? Great job to all the NBCCS skaters and coaches for their hard work.
