As you are likely already aware our Provincial Health Officer Bonnie Henry has added new province wide restrictions for all of BC. These restrictions currently do not affect our skating programs and we will be able to continue running our CanSkate, CanPowerSkate and Figure Skating programs.
Just a few reminders and updates from the new Provincial Regulations. 1. Masks are required for both parents and skaters when they are inside the facilities. 2. Our figure skaters should have their bins with them with the supplies they need. 3. Parents are only allowed inside briefly to help their skaters get their skates on and then must immediately leave. 4. Parents are only allowed in at the conclusion of a session (not prior to as we are not allowed any spectators) to help take skates off and exit with their skater. If their skater is not needing assistance then the parents should wait for the skaters outside. Parents are not allowed back in to watch the last few minutes or any part of the session. We will monitor the ongoing situation with Covid 19 and provide updates as they come in
